Doyle HCM is hiring an Implementation SpecialistEnsure accurate and timely implementation of payroll servicesCollaborate with other departments and resolve client issues
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Apply payroll knowledge during the implementation process• Handle sales-to-services handoff for new clients• Identify client pain points and suggest improvements• Adhere to project plan for onboarding new payroll clients• Facilitate data transfer and maintain data integrity• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues• Meet implementation schedule and client needs• Guide new clients in utilizing payroll services• Resolve client concerns throughout implementation• Leverage Doyle HCM payroll solution to help clients achieve business goals
Requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of Payroll and HR disciplines• Proficiency with HRIS technology, Internet, and Microsoft Office• Customer service/account management experience• High school diploma or bachelor's degree• Experience in Payroll or HR• Experience using Excel• Project management skills
Key Skills Needed
