Job ***** International Operations Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to partner with a dynamic and expanding company in the Agricultural industry. We are on the lookout for an International Operations Manager to lead the global operations with a focus on import and export coordination.
Key ** Setting Goals and KPI'sProviding Guidance: Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and offer direction and coaching.Promoting Collaboration: Foster an environment of open communication and teamwork.Monitoring Progress: Track team progress and identify any issues that arise.Resolving Conflicts: Mediate and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing compliance training.Motivating: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.Communicating: Liaise with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.Organizing: Schedule team activities and provide structure for completing tasks. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
