As our Test Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) through In-Circuit Test (ICT) and functional testing. Get ready to collaborate, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvement!

Responsibilities:

Become a Test Automation Expert : Create and optimize test files for various ICT platforms like Genrad or Teradyne to automate the testing process for efficiency and precision.

Master Tester Checkout : Conduct thorough testing of completed ICT and functional test fixtures, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure smooth operation and accurate results.

Problem-Solving Detective : Partner with the production team to debug and rework faulty fixtures, leveraging your strong electronic engineering knowledge for root cause analysis and effective solutions.

Data Wizard:

Track defect rates, analyze data, and present insights to drive continuous improvement in test processes and overall yield.

Team Player with a Collaborative Spirit:

Work closely with various teams, including production, engineering, and quality, fostering communication and collaboration for shared success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a test engineering environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience developing test files for ICT platforms.

Proven ability to debug test systems and troubleshoot hardware issues.

Strong understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals and root cause analysis.

Ability to work onsite in the Northwest Metro
