Job DescriptionResponsibilities Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resortsEstablish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current ownersArticulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham DestinationsGenerate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniquesNo Cold Calling: All leads are prequalified and provided by the companyAttend ongoing, advanced sales and career trainingJob Expectations and Requirements 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not requiredMaintain production standardsOvercome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycleMust be energetic, outgoing, and tenaciousNo travel required outside of the home site's areaHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferredHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.
