Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:The Inbuilding Construction Manager is responsible for all technical aspects of the telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned job/venues. The IBCM partners with/supports the Senior Construction Manager on complex jobs/sites, as needed.What you will do:To ensure the proper and timely deployment of telecommunications equipment, the IBCM is responsible for the following:1. Performing feasibility walks at venues alongside the data collection SP•    a. Establish a POC with the venue for access and scheduling•    b. Determine and potential scheduling conflicts with venue ahead of time•    c. Verify cable routing, GPS placement, DOT placement, ingress/egress to headend using iBwave software•    d. Identify any potential roadblocks that could occur during the construction phase and develop mitigation plans ahead of time2. Analyzing/developing the SOW, BOM, and work with RF design including the minimum thru-put requirements and the end requirements of the customer, planning and managing execution of the same, and recommending revisions as needed during the project3. Utilizing inbuilding and deployment expertise to evaluate the venue, scope the work and determine materials/equipment. Recording and reporting is expected regularly, to both the customer and SCM.4. Provide guidance, training and mentorship to ASPs and their crews, as well as RCMs and others5. Prepare reports on production and quality of builds; give presentations on status and issues6. Partner to drive issues with Service Providers/Suppliers7. Provide performance-related feedback for ASPs and other personnel as needed and for use in yearly performance evaluations8. Assist in identifying optimal locations for small cells and other RF components, with a specific emphasis on Ericsson DOT system requirements9. Perform any assigned additional tasks and assist the SCM as neededWhat you will bring:• Minimum of 3+ years direct experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Inbuilding RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS)• Experience working with RF to optimize and design solutions• Ability to determine site feasibility, as well as site design consulting• Experience working in both large and small venues• Experience in managing and directing general contractors, construction scope estimation, etc.• Knowledge of troubleshooting practices and techniques• Understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements and environmental compliance• Ability to interface with customers, property owners, and other internal and external ancillary personnel• Understanding of EHS statutory requirements impacting Ericsson in the local market• Completion of OSHA 30 for telecommunications• Field experience in managing general contractors, construction scope estimation, etc.• Previous experience working on Ericsson equipment portfolioBase Salary starts between $90,700 to $113,400, with a 6% annual bonus structure?Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
