POSITION SUMMARY Seek Now Inc is looking for a customer service that will be primarily focused on our prepaid customer accounts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all inspections scheduled for these independent adjusters have payment arrangements made prior to completion. This will involve the tracking of incoming claim activity. Communication with customer and internal teams will be key.
Position will also be expected to support customer questions from incoming calls, voicemails, and emails.
