Job Description The Agency Sales Field Sales Territory Senior Consultant is responsible for soliciting new business from agents and maintaining current business levels by meeting territory volume and profit objectives, while maintaining and growing a relationship between National General Insurance, potential agents, current agents, and internal customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesAchieves agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio goals, and other KPIs on an annual basis by effectively managing the agents of an assigned territory.Increases the percentage of producing agents within the territory through additional training and process improvements.Recommends agencies to participate in profit-sharing, rewards, and special incentives programs, and other agency sales initiatives.Solicits new agencies, evaluates their potential to write quality new business, and recommends qualified new agencies for appointment to the Regional Sales Managers and/or Sales Vice Presidents.Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $60,300.00 - 75,400.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
