Summary: Responsible for administrative tasks to support the indirect lending department.
Who You Are: Collects and sorts the mail daily. Checks the lien tracking report daily; updates XP custom data field when title documents have been received. Verifies all liens, lien releases and title documents- lien date, vin number, title assignments, CFCU listed as lien holder. Completes scanning for all loan processors funded packets. Responsible for tracking, sorting, and scanning liens and title work into OnBase. Communicates with dealerships accounting department in recovering lien and title documents that were funded with LOG. Communicates and collects data/documents from the Oklahoma Tax Commission and state tag agencies. What You'll Do: Professional, well-developed written and oral communication skills. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using proper English grammar. Ability to read and interpret documents such as loan documents, regulations regarding collections and policy/procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively and politely with outside parties, members, and co-workers. Ability to organize and prioritize to meet numerous deadlines. Ability to adapt to changes in the workflow; manages competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Education and Experience: One year or more experience required in a financial institution, lending environment or customer service position. High school diploma or G.E.D. Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job required .
