Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following: Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full-time employees producing approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture Transportation Department for Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Rail consisting of over 30 transportation professionals located in Memphis, TN 700 associates in our Sourcing offices in 10 countries in Asia and Europe including China, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Italy, and Turkey The Industrial Electrician II position is responsible for ensuring that all facets of building maintenance are taken care of by performing preventative and corrective maintenance.


The Industrial Electrician II position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.


You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will.... Monitor, maintain and perform minor repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
Read, interpret, and implement work orders Use a CMMS (work order) system Effectively communicate verbally, written, and e-mail Use strong interpersonal skills Be safety minded in all work performed Problem solve/ troubleshoot and understand resources to accomplish tasks Gather needed materials to complete repairs/work orders Accurately track and store the departments inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment Support continuous improvement within all departments Be flexible with work hours and days.
(24 hour by 7 days a week operation, including holidays) Drive (PID) Powered Industrial Trucks inclusive of people movers and forklifts.
Be required to take WSI certification and pass Assess and resolve a wide array of maintenance issues on-site Strong Electrical knowledge Lighting both interior and exterior Understanding of controls Welding Have Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment Have awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations Be a motivated, self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.
Read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents Perform preventative maintenance task using tools and equipment Lead, plan, and execute electrical repairs Assist other Maintenance Technicians Perform other duties as assigned Note: This job description reflects essential functions, it does not prescribe or restrict the number or types of tasks that may be assigned or reassigned during the conduct of business

High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience working in electrical maintenance/construction or relative trade/technical school equivalency Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents Material Handling System controls experience Flexibility with work hours and days.
(24 hour by 7 days a week operation, including holidays) Ability to drive (PIT) Powered Industrial Trucks inclusive of people movers and forklifts Will be required to take WSI certification and pass.
Willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.

May need to crawl, climb, and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to operate tools in close proximity to electrical components Ability to work at heights and unusual positions Able to safely operate all hand tools Able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Able to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet-jacks, and handcarts.
Must be able to tolerate an environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and work around moving equipment - often while working in uncomfortable positions Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation) Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion.
