Siemens Industry is looking for an Industrial Engineer for our Fort Worth, Texas factory. The industrial engineer's responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards. This includes documentation and performance measurement of manufacturing processes, new product introduction, improvements to production lines, capital expenditures, cost savings measures and fixture design.
You will make an impact by:
Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
B.S. or greater in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment as an Industrial Engineer.
Experience with projects to improve safety, quality, delivery reliability and cost in a manufacturing environment
Lean manufacturing techniques
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
AutoCAD or similar
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and continual basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience simulating manufacturing systems and processes
Experience with computer programming and/or database management
Experience with SAP or similar MRP system
6 Sigma certification

The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
