Industrial Process Engineer

Job Summary:
The Industrial Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. This role involves analyzing workflows, designing production layouts, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred).Process engineering experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Location: Newport, Arkansas
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
Education: Bachelor's
