Industrial Project Manager / Project Supervisor

This work can be performed at any of our four branches: Price, UT - Rock Springs, WY - Idaho Falls, ID - San Antonio, TX. BODEC, Inc. is seeking talented and experienced Industrial Project Supervisors and Project Managers to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing medium to high voltage industrial applications with a focus on substation work. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the successful execution of projects, maintain safety standards, and foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, recognizing electrical hazards and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Interpret blueprints and contractual terms to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain project schedules and budgets. Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns promptly and ensure subcontractors adhere to project requirements and standard Requirements: Must posses an active state-licensed electrical journeyman card Strong MV-HV industrial knowledge & experience, with a focus on substation work Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively Solid comprehension of blueprints and contractual terms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be willing to travel What we offer: Profit share eligibility on jobs worked Per diem per day worked Travel time paid from branch location 7 paid holidays PTO accrual; graded schedule for years of service 401(k) matching Insurance benefit package - Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability
