Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Reports to FTS Recruiting Lead.
Recruit on behalf of clients to fill their open positions across the gulf south region.
Work with multiple sales leaders to complete open requirements nationwide.
Create tailored marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best candidates.
Represent and market candidates to clients.
Perform a high volume of phone calls each day.
Deliver an amazing candidate experience by interviewing candidates and providing coaching.
Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and organized.
Complete necessary process documentation.
Coordinating & scheduling client interviews.
Extending offers to candidates.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, even after placement.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of customer-facing experience to be an effective team member. This candidate should be eager to hit the ground running and use every opportunity as a learning experience.
Strong communication and work ethic are mandatory.
