About the Role
As an Infant Toddler Lead Teacher at Merryhill School, you'll create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where infants and toddlers feel valued and encouraged to explore. You'll be a key part of fostering their natural curiosity and helping them build confidence in their abilities, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.
A Typical Day
Expect a lively, hands-on classroom experience filled with engaging activities that nurture early communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Your day will be full of fun and exploration as you guide circle time, playtime, and snack time, creating joyful and memorable moments for our young learners.
What You Bring to the Team

Minimum Requirements: 18 early childhood education (ECE) units and at least 18 years of age
Passion for Early Childhood Development: You're enthusiastic about fostering growth and joy in young children.
Strong Communication Skills: You're skilled at interacting effectively with children, parents, and team members.
