Must go once a quarter onsite for 5 days in Elmsford, NY Responsibilities: Install new applications, new components, and upgrade existing applications. Configure application settings. Provide go-live and rollout support Interface with users/clients across the company. Support users on new applications, modules, and functionality Perform analysis of necessary application modifications and work with the appropriate company IT associate or the vendor to coordinate the modification Determine how a new system, upgrade, or new component can best meet the needs of the users: Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements Interpret end user requirements, by fully discussing potential options, and help client move towards optimal solution Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system Create system specifications from user requirements Create test plans and test new systems, version upgrades, and any system modifications Document all outcomes of testing Write and maintain accurate and current documentation regarding application(s) supported by the team. Participate in the maintenance of training materials and disseminate materials to users. Application implementation, troubleshooting, and support. Assist Application Analysts and other team members as necessary. Encourage, assist, and foster development of co-workers' skills and proficiency Provide day-to-day operational support, advanced application troubleshooting support, coordinate modifications and updates, recommend improvements & increase efficiencies and provide pro-active monitoring Provide 24 x 7 on-call coverage for user support on a rotating basis On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the company hospitals and/or its' affiliates (on-site, rotational support) Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience Must have experience with at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ERP implementation, ideally, with the INFOR ERP Solution Application implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and support experience Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Strong ability to influence design decisions and steer projects towards successful outcomes Project management skills Critical thinking skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and management Eager to learn, exceptional listening skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent follow up skills, documentation skills and organizational skills Must be adaptable in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities
