They are looking to hire an Engineering Service Manager to manage their Level 3 Engineers and oversee their performance.
You will be the communicator between customer and client, ensuring all their needs have been met to a high standard.
This role will be largely client-facing and will require frequent interaction with executives, junior engineers, and vendors.
You will often be a final point of escalation whilst managing projects and overseeing a team of engineers.
