Position Overview for the IT Support Engineer: Installation and configuration of computer systems, as well as diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Logging and tracking any additional troubleshooting that may occur. Participate in the on-call rotation providing after hours support when needed. Manage Help Desk tickets by serving as the first point of contact for employees and customers. Required Skills for the IT Support Engineer: 4+ years of general IT support – MSP IT Support is a big plus! Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, Office365. Experience with remote support tools via VPN, RDP, or Team Viewer. Active Directory experience. What's in it for you?
