Description
The Carlstar Division of Titan International seeks an IT Infrastructure and Security Manager in the Franklin, TN corporate office.
This role will be responsible for leading the technical functions including data center operations, network and machinery infrastructure, cloud solutions, telecommunications, and cyber security.
This role serves as the organizational expert in infrastructure and security.
The successful candidate in this role will be able to address problems critically while aligning solutions with a positive company culture to ensure the long-term success of the IT department.
Essential Responsibilities Leads the team of IT technicians, system administrators, and system engineers across the division, including coaching and mentoring to ensure continued growth within the team, including ensuring bench strength through succession planning to ensure the team's success.
Defines and maintains standards across site IT facilities, including supporting and managing projects across all sites, including infrastructure migration and deployments of end-user systems globally.
Manages cyber security tools, evaluates new cyber security threats and trends, and develops effective security controls to ensure business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and testing execution.
Plans, develops, and implements controls to address weaknesses and threats to the organization's information technology security.
It also identifies root cause issues, including problem-solving new threats, to ensure business impacts are controlled and limited.
Supports and provides ideas and insights for continuous improvement within the IT department, including providing cross-functional assistance to other areas of the IT team when necessary.
Qualifications Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline required.
10+ years of experience in Infrastructure or Cyber Security Project Management with a proven track record of success is required.
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Cisco networks and devices, including Cisco ASA, AMP, Umbrella, and AnyConnect VPN required.
Demonstrated advanced experience with system security, including an understanding of intrusion detection systems, risk management, incident response, and compliance and regulatory knowledge required.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Server OS, Hyper V, and Windows OS required.
Demonstrated knowledge of software solutions such as VEEAM Backup Solutions, Pinpoint Email Gateway, Desktop Central by ManageEngine, Nessus, and SolarWinds required.
Demonstrated experience with ERP software such as JD Edwards Enterprise One, strongly preferred Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills are required.
