\n THE WORK:You'll assist in the coordination and management of the client's facilities planning and construction program, providing support for project activities, timelines, and departmental needs.You'll prepare, update, and maintain a variety of reports, records, and files related to facilities planning and construction activities, ensuring proper documentation for both short- and long-range planning.You'll review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding professional services contracts, ensuring that services meet the requirements of the client and support project goals.You'll assist with fiscal analysis of facilities planning and construction activities, including budgeting, invoicing, payment requests, and preparing expenditure and close-out reports in compliance with regulatory agencies.You'll monitor facility project accounts to ensure that funds are spent appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations, reporting any discrepancies or issues.You'll assist in analyzing student enrollment projections, conducting facility capacity and enrollment surveys, and reviewing and updating site Master Plans and ADA Transition Plans to assess and address current and future facility needs.You'll update and maintain school site plan drawings, boundary maps, district demographic data, and emergency evacuation plans. Work with school sites to ensure plans are current and accurate.You'll support the development and maintenance of maps, reports, and charts based on graphical information using GIS and CADD software, assisting with spatial data for planning purposes and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.You'll serve as a liaison between District personnel, consultants, and outside agencies regarding facilities planning and construction activities, ensuring clear communication of planning requirements, schedules, and issues.You'll assist with various special projects related to facilities, including coordinating construction closeout activities such as warranties, as-built documents, training, and attic stock management.Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum of five (5) years full time paid professional experience related to facilities planning and construction BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Certified Construction Manager (CCM)Prior experience in constructing or renovating schoolsPrior experience with DSA
\n$130,000 - $140,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
