\n THE WORK:You'll lead and manage all MEP aspects of transportation facility projects, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and schedule, while overseeing the project team to ensure successful completion.You'll supervise and mentor a team of MEP inspectors and project management staff, ensuring they follow best practices and regulatory guidelines in all tasks related to the design, construction, and inspection phases.You'll ensure that all MEP construction activities, from initial planning to final inspection, comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as applicable University and OFCCP guidelines.You'll identify potential risks in MEP systems and construction processes, develop risk mitigation plans, and monitor project progress to prevent delays or budget overruns.You'll oversee and ensure the accuracy and quality of all contract documents, including review and approval of contracts for construction services, and the procurement of professional services and materials in compliance with the project's scope.You'll lead negotiations with contractors and vendors to ensure the best value for clients while maintaining high standards of quality and performance in all MEP-related work on transportation projects.You'll conduct on-site inspections of transportation facility projects, ensuring MEP systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and safely. Provide detailed, timely reports on progress, issues, and compliance with specifications.You'll resolve disputes and disagreements related to MEP construction issues, recommending corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality.You'll accurately document all project data, including MEP inspection findings, change orders, and compliance reports. Present clear and concise project updates to stakeholders and management teams.You'll assist in the planning, design, and implementation of capital improvement projects, including coordination with relevant stakeholders and managing multiple projects ranging from $1 million to $100 million in construction value.Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management ORGraduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in any course, but with additional two (2) years of experience in inspection of infrastructure projects with MEP Specialty.Minimum of ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in inspection of infrastructure projects with MEP Specialty.Inspection Certifications such as ICC or equivalent. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)Experience management complex utility infrastructure projects in a public agency environmentExperience in multiple delivery methods and experience with using a web-based project management system such as Smartsheet, Procore, e-builder, Unifier, VPO and PMWeb.Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth.
