This role will be working in the KGS Infrastructure organization as a Domain Architect. In this role, the individual will work with KGS and operating business leaders, as well as focused architects (Hosting/Network) and engineers to identify gaps and opportunities where we can leverage technology to achieve desired outcomes and work with the appropriate groups to implement key strategies. What You Will Do Work collaboratively with other architects, engineers, business partners, and leaders, to understand customer current and future business needs, intended outcomes, and requirements. Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs and ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the IT Infrastructure. Develop enterprise technology strategies and maintain IT infrastructure capability roadmaps. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of IT infrastructure solutions. Maintain knowledge with emerging trends and technologies and help our business understand where we can modernize and continuously enhance our capabilities. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Leadership skills with the ability to identify and bring together stakeholders to influence and guide teams towards achieving business objectives Experience working in complex enterprise environments and understanding of modern application architecture principles Experience developing automation strategies and defining automation opportunities Experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, technology architecture design, or systems integration Experience in information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and Enterprise and IT architecture delivery methodologies Strong initiative with the ability to seek out opportunities that can create additional value for the organization What Will Put You Ahead Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without disruption in deliverables Ability to build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships across the enterprise Strong economic, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability Experience in effectively communicating and presenting to users/stakeholders at various levels within an organization and globally
