ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors Responsible for promoting culture of safety Supervises and coordinates enterprise IT infrastructure operations and changes.
Supervises and coordinates enterprise desktop support operations and changes.
Supports continuous assessment of system utilization, monitoring, response time, and detection and correction of enterprise performance issues.
Manages and maintains vendors to meet SLA's and contractual agreements.
Establishes and implements standards for IT operating procedures.
Develops and prioritizes work and integration tasks for team members.
Develops and executes testing plans and procedures.
Diagnose root causes and resolves complex systems problems.
Implement continuous IT improvement programs.
Lead IT asset management to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved.
Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers.
Participate in IT strategy planning activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge & Experience Windows Server.
DHCP / DNS.
Active Directory.
Office 365 Software and Technologies.
Budget management, people management, project management and strategic planning experience.
Hyper-V and VMWare.
2 years management experience.
