Job summary
Infrastructure MFT Engineer on the Level 2 team.Troubleshoot product issues, automate builds and migrations.Support the Managed File Transfer gateway.

Responsibilities
• Provide application software development services or technical support.• Develop program logic for new applications or modify existing applications.• Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.• Maintain, test, and integrate application components.• Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented.• Support multiple MFT environments with multiple concurrent users.• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze process problems.• Design, install, configure, and maintain High Availability / Disaster Recovery solutions.• Perform capacity planning and provide recommendations to management.• Create and maintain custom scripts, tools, and reports.• Learn and adapt multiple application and database technologies.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience with MOVEit Application Support.• Troubleshooting skills with all Managed File Transfer applications.• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Java, and programming tools.• Knowledge of Server Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration, and Storage Administration.• Understanding and experience with the use of Certificates and CA.• Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred.• Java programming expertise and advanced SQL knowledge preferred.• Solid understanding of networking concepts.• Knowledge and experience with workflow methodologies.• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Systems preferred.
