Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse for our Gastroenterology office located in South County!
Responsibilities:In the Infusion role, the RN will:
Room patientsSet up suppliesTake vitalsMix medicationsStart infusionSchedule IV appointmentsOrder labsOrder and unpack drugsOrder suppliesMaintain the infusion roomPreferred Qualifications:Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing. One or more years of experience, current nursing license in MO, dedication to patient satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to work compatibly with physicians and other staff members.
Physical Requirements:Physical guidelines include the ability to sit for extended periods of time while assisting patients via telephone, ability to teach and assist patients' needs, and document through the EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and staff.
