CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946.
CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.


We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Layup Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).


Job Requirements
Cut and/or layup preform material shape charges. Properly clean and prep molds. Weigh material charges. Operate manual and/or automated hydraulic presses. Inspect molded parts for defects for the purpose of curing corrections to be made. Deflash all moldings prior to being moved to another department for additional work. Accurately complete all required paperwork related to the manufacturing of specific parts. Maintain a high standard of neatness within the workplace. Basic mechanical ability, cutting copper tubing, measurements, work with vacuum systems.
Job Qualifications U.S.
Citizen or Green Card Holder HS Graduate or GED Ability to interact with people on the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups. Must have excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment Able to lift 50 lbs.
and stand for long periods of time.
