An award-winning, academic healthcare system that has been nationally recognized for excellent patient care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Leader to fill their opening for an Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager. The Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager will be joining a reputable, community owned Hospital located on a beautiful campus. This medical center has been serving Portland and its surrounding community for over 40 years and are excited for a new leader to join their Pharmacy Services team.  
As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the pharmacy team. This entails managing the clinical inpatient pharmacy services, ensuring adherence to high standards of patient care. With a team of 14-18 full-time employees under their supervision, the Pharmacy Operations Manager will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Services.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in clinical inpatient pharmacy, backed by multiple years of leadership experience. Experience with either PGY1 or PGY2 pharmacy residency is highly preferred and/or relevant experience. This individual will bring a proven track record of successful pharmacy management, with a keen focus on maintaining and enhancing overall patient safety.
