As our new Inside Sales Associate, you'll be an essential part of our energetic team, driving sales and cultivating strong customer relationships.
With your exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess, you'll expertly manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, carrying out a variety of inside sales tasks such as sales calls, order processing, problem-solving, CRM entries, and more.
Essential Duties:
Swiftly process orders using our state-of-the-art computer systemDeliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, always with a warm and friendly demeanorCollaborate with Branch Managers to develop and maintain lasting customer relationshipsAccurately convey product information and pricing to customersGenerate sales orders and quotes to estimate project costs and material quantitiesEnsure smooth deliveries by scheduling effectively and maintaining open communication with team members and clientsUphold a clean, organized, and inviting work environmentContinuously learn about and stay informed on our extensive range of products available to customersAssist with inventory cycle counts, shipping, receiving, and other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet usePrevious experience with Pool Products and Pool Construction is a plus, but not requiredBilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not requiredAble to pass a pre-employment drug test
