As the Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for partnering with field sales team to secure additional sales for the Carrier Commercial Service Organization.

This position is based in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Key Responsibilities Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitationsCoordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing productsMaintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customersWork with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunitiesAnswers phone calls, providing price quotes and other informationProvides high level of service to internal and external customersEstablish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect's needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next stepsUtilize applicable sales tools such as Salesforce to track and effectively develop sales opportunities Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED3+ years of B2B technical sales experience or as an HVAC installation/service technician Preferred Qualifications Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needsBachelor's DegreeSalesforce and SAP experienceExperience working in a fast pace, collaborative team environmentProactive and able to balance multiple prioritiesExcellent communication, both written and oralAble to build strong relationships across industries and functionsAptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs
