Our customers are serviced by a local team of experienced and knowledgeable employees in each of our branches, with additional support from company-wide resources and specialists.

The INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for selling product to customers, assisting customers with product selection, developing customer relationships, as well as multi-tasking to support various other roles in the branch location.

Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or servicesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsMaintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trendsProcess customer ordersCollaborate with other sales team to implement effective sales strategiesProvide exceptional customer services and follow up on customer inquiriesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Previous Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.Ability to accurately operate cash register.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detail Benefits
