Job Description
We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business segment in Dallas, Texas.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for purchasing, receiving, cycle counting and researching inventory discrepancies while assisting with month end reporting. Collaborate with internal/external Auditors on Power Gen Revenue recognition, assisting with generating Power Gen customer invoicing for serialized inventory.
Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor, measure, and communicate with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
Assist with managing, purchasing and reconciling internal/external Supplier invoices. Manage/review monthly stock inventory and manage annual fiscal inventory and review discrepancies. Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following: Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite; BMS Inventory Reporting and Sales Force experience preferred.
Effective communication skills needed to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Able to work from anywhere in the continental U.S during the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
