The Inside Sales Energy Advisor is responsible for managing a large volume of inbound small and medium commercial leads, guiding potential clients through throcess to deliver best-in-class energy advice. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and client-facing environment.
\n What you'll be doing:Respond to inbound phone, email and chat inquiries, providing guidance to potential customers on electricity procurement for the businessPresent electricity purchasing options to clients in a clear, value-driven, and helpful mannerProvide excellent customer service by responding promptly to questions, inquires, and resolving issuesSet proper expectations for deliverables, both with customers and internal teamsUtilize internal systems to request pricing and energy usage informationConsistently close business and achieve sales goalsCollaborate with 5's operations teams to quickly address customer service issues and keep clients informed of the resolution What you'll bring: Ability to multitask and prioritizeHigh attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls)Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the systems and processes used by the businessPersonable, comfortable with giving and receiving constructive criticism and praise1+ years of inside sales experiencePrevious experience in deregulated energy preferredSpanish speaking is a bonusBA or BS preferred
