Inside Sales Engineer

Inside Sales Engineer position is an integral part of the sales team providing technical and sales support for customers and prospects. This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, following up on leads, and handling customer inquiries related to technical product solutions. The Inside Sales Engineer must be able to quickly understand customer needs and provide quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical advice and sales support for customers regarding product solutions Develop and maintain customer relationships Follow up on leads and customer inquiries Provide product demonstrations and training Provide pricing quotes and submit orders Evaluate customer technical needs and develop product solutions Provide feedback to the product and sales teams Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or customer service Strong technical and product knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
