Inside Sales

Job description The Inside Sales role is responsible for selling goods and requires knowledge of items sold.
WFI is a drug-free workplace. Essential Job Functions and Duties: Maintain and oversee commercial product lines. Receive high volume of incoming telephone calls. Maximize margin on sales. Provide price quotes and quote follow-up. Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges. Process and maintain customer orders. Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders. Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency 1-3 years related experience Proficiency using computers - specifically proficiency with Microsoft Excel Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
