Job Summary The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for processing add-on orders and generating new sales to our existing customers. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.
In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
\n Essential FunctionsIdentifies, develops, and closes sales opportunities from within the existing customer base as assigned, focusing on all aspects of growth and expansion within existing client baseDeliver in-depth, broad-based sales presentations and/or demonstrations of add-on products into the assigned white space in order to close salesPrepare and present weekly/ monthly forecast reviewsMove inside sales deals through the sales process to close in accordance with company standards and valuesProactively issue sales proposals, quote prices, and negotiate final terms and conditions within established process and parameters of authority, staying within approved discount percentages and/or other management guidelinesStrategize with client success / account management team to maximize outbound effortsConduct account reviews in conjunction with client success team to identify areas of opportunity for inside salesFollowing up on leads generated by marketing campaigns in order to develop and close inside salesAttend Trade Shows to represent the company, develop interest, generate leads, and close businessWork with client success / account manager to facilitate clients transitioning to our "hosted solution" in accordance with internal practices and proceduresClearly communicate any non-revenue generating customer issues to client success / account management team to be handled appropriatelyFacilitated all aspects of sales for additional workstations and cloud conversions Minimum RequirementsDemonstrated ability to influence others and close salesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional problem-solving abilitySelf-starter who is dependable, highly responsive, persistent, flexible, personable, and high-energyDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgmentAbility to effectively work at all levels of an organization, including with senior leadershipAbility to analyze data to understand the client's needsActive listener Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment against targetBachelor's degree Experience with customer relationship management software Working Environment/ Physical DemandsActivities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10% travel. Travel can include tradeshows, our annual EDGE conference, and the annual National Sales Meeting.Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
