Job Description
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
The Inside Sales Representative will: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospectsBuild pipeline and close dealsPossess a strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayHave a proven track record of over-achieving quotaPossess inside sales experiencePossess strong listening and presentation skillsPossess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyCreate and maintain a list/database of prospect clientsAnswer potential client questions and follow-up call questionsTrack weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsMaintain MS Dynamics, outgoing, and friendly demeanorBe eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territoriesBe self-motivated and self-directedPossess an in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry. Required Skills: Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-pace environment1+ years of successfully selling to small and medium size businesses (SMB)Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office including ExcelPositive attitude and engaging telephone demeanorPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills; enjoy calling, connecting, and interacting with potential customersPossess experience making high volume B2B cold calls "Go-getter" mentality. Preferred Skills: Legal, medical, and real estate industry knowledgePrevious experience in an outbound call center, including inside sales experience or related experienceKnowledge of MS Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM.
