Inside Sales Representative - Cruise Industry

Small Expedition Cruise Ship company seeks a dedicated full-time Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell our unique travel experiences to passengers through Travel Agents and Agencies. Prioritizing FIT (Flexible Independent Travel) travelers by leveraging our company database to proactively and efficiently contact travel agents to prospect, target, and sell.

By utilizing online tools and phone outreach, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from the database, close sales, and effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final booking. This position is office-based and requires a full-time commitment. 

Location: Doral, FL. Job Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas for outreach, leads, and revenue. Sales Process Management: Execute the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls to prospective clients from the database, researching the company database, handling objections, online contact, closing deals, and tracking sales activities.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.Commission-Based Compensation: Earn a competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission based on net sales goal achievement.Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and messaging to generate and nurture leads.Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with travel agents by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in the company's CRM system.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, destinations, and pricing to communicate their value proposition effectively.Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits of our products and services, tailoring presentations to each customer's specific needs.Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and prioritize potential clients and proactively contact them to generate new business opportunities.Database Management: Utilize the company's database to efficiently manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer information. Job Qualifications:Strong Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand and communicate the intricacies of our products and experiences.Sales Focus and Accountability: Results-oriented with a keen eye on sales metrics and budget management.Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential customers, build rapport, and tailor sales pitches to individual needs.Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, track performance, and resolve issues.Self-motivation and Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive sales and lead generation approach.Teamwork: Collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues.Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for sales calls, trade shows, and industry events.Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of online sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales goals.Sales Compensation: Experience with commission-based compensation and a strong motivation to exceed targets.Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the tourism industry.Language Proficiency: Native English speaker.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
