Responsibilities
•Delivering excellent service to various customers from different market applications (LED architectural lighting, LED signage lighting) via close cooperation with various internal and external team members
•Building and maintaining a solid customer relationship
•Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers
•Creating and entering orders in the system
•Providing support to the Sales team (e.g., quotations, delivery status, order reports)
•Managing daily customer orders in a timely manner (receive and confirm all orders with customer, provide shipment tracking or order status if on back order)
•Handling and resolving operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, deliveries, returns)
•Engaging with other functions to ensure best-in-class customer service support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics)
•Proactively participating in daily shipping activities to include preparing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and returning paperwork to the warehouse to meet deadlines
•Establishing and conducting regular customer review calls while building follow-up action plans tracked in CRM system
Requirements
•Associate's degree or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales or Customer Service Experience
•Proven track record and knowledge in the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry is a plus
•Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
•Self-motivated, able to independently manage various activities with minimal supervision
•Customer-oriented mindset
•Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset
