Responsibilities
• Assist customers in-store• Share product information• Give advice on project needs• Produce estimates for packages/projects• Process transactions• Follow up on online customer quotes• Cold call to qualify new leads• Support Outside Sales Reps• Assist in inventory control• Complete training on products, POS system, and paperwork
Requirements
• Experience in sales or customer service• Friendly and outgoing personality• Effective communication skills• Familiarity with building materials (helpful, not required)• Ability to be a team player• Ability to meet sales and profit goals
