Chesapeake Electric seeks Inside Sales Representatives with a passion for sales, customer service, and the potential for unlimited earnings.
This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients through exceptional service and understanding of their needs.


What You'll Be Doing: Engaging with customers to provide detailed information on services, establishing trust and rapport.
Proactively reaching out to potential leads, converting inquiries into booked appointments or sales.
Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive company image and customer satisfaction.
Continuously learning about products and services to improve sales and service quality.

A deep desire to deliver the best products and services to our customers, with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
Experience in inside sales; home service industry experience is a plus Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a goal-oriented mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent, with further education being a plus.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
A valid driver's license and insurability.
