We refer to our Inside Sales Representatives internally as Pest Solution Consultants.
Pest Solution Consultants will be responsible for responding to leads and communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process. Their mission is to convert qualified, inbound leads into revenue-generating contracts by putting customers first and preparing them for maximum long-term success with our organization. Field inbound leads and creates an incredible first impression with prospects, earning their trust so you can help them launch a successful lifelong relationship with EcoShieldBecome an expert in using our proprietary marketplace CRM to manage and track leads while preparing customers for maximally effective results via consistent and thorough communication with our local service delivery expertsSet clear expectations and effectively manages relationships on both sides of the transaction to move deals through the pipeline, prepare customers for long-term success by educating them on the complexity of pest activity, the gradual nature of pest elimination, the structure / philosophy behind our service model, and the full details of their Service Agreement with EcoShieldDevelop a strong understanding of pest control and EcoShield fundamentals and becomes an expert when it comes to identifying customer issues, educating on how integrated pest management could help, and collaborating with local teams to ensure service delivery expectations are metUpsell your qualified customers into a premium service that protects their investment in their property via mastery of the additional service proposal and inspection scheduling processEstablish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactionsExecute sales campaigns via outbound telephone marketing to consistently meet or exceed targeted weekly and monthly sales activity goalsPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
