OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and resource for our clients.
This role will report to the OESRichland Hills location and will focus serving our clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
We are seeking a detail oriented, team player with the ability to provide excellent customer service, act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services as well as ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders, including walk-ins.Providing and recommending solutions to the customer.Placing and receiving purchase orders for consumables and rentals.Quoting and invoice processing.Occasionally loading and unloading a palette or two.Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed. Required Skills and Abilities 1-2+ years of sales experience required.Must be able to work independently.Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment.Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.A construction background is a plus.Excellent listening and communication skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.Bilingual in Spanish a plus.Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
