OGC designs, manufacturers, and distributes a variety of outdoor gas fire tables, fireplaces, DIY burners, and other outdoor living products to the outdoor retail industry. Advancement is only limited by ambition, and as the industry leader, we offer sales careers in multiple channels across the United States.   Our Inside Sales position is a link between our outside field sales representatives and trade partners. In this role, you will operate in a sales territory working with our field sales reps and trade partners in that territory.  95% office work and 5% travel with field reps to see trade partners.  Activities are concentrated on working in collaboration with our field sales reps in helping grow and develop existing trade partners as well as developing strategies for setting up new trade partners. Reports to OGC Inside Sales Manager.    What you will do: Actively sell OGC products/programs to assigned accounts.   Assist with lead generation for new accounts  with field sales reps Pre-qualify and assess leads for outside field sales reps Make first contact with new prospects Salesforce data entry and assigning to field sales reps. Assist with preparing customer presentations and competitive analysis. Manage credit application approval process Complete outbound calls to trade partners per the call frequency based on trade partner rating. Support small and large accounts with day to day business needs Grow small accounts into medium and large accounts Travel to complete in-person OSV's (On-Site Visits) and conduct VSVs (Virtual Site Visits) Present new product information and programs to assigned accounts in person or via remote delivery methods such as phone, e-mail, and webinars. Train accounts on product, price and programs, and work in a consultative approach to increase OGC's sales volume. Manage marketing support programs for assigned accounts as needed (i.e. Co-Op, Showroom Displays, Trade Partner Premier Program, etc.).  Implement OGC Sales Process (Prospecting, Engagement, On-Boarding, Account Management)  Minimum Requirements:  2-4 years of professional selling experience Work in office majority of time Strong written and verbal communication skills CRM experience is a must Must work effectively with cross functional groups and have strong multi-tasking skills. Team mentality Must be self-motivated and have the ability to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others. Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency.  Competitive compensation, including hourly pay, and monthly incentives$26.45 hourly pay + commission incentives for territory and channel salesComprehensive benefits, travel expenses, 401(K), and profit sharing Take that next step!
