You'll play a key role in generating leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified prospects to our sales funnel.

Responsibilities

•Invite potential clients to meet with the firm and provide an initial consultation.
•Develop relationships with contacts in the legal community to help build a network of potential clients.
•Conduct legal research and analysis for pending cases.
•Ensure that documentation meets legal requirements for all incoming cases.
•Compile evidence to support factual and legal analysis of cases.
•Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved.
•Determine the viability of potential cases.
•Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
•Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends.
•Travel to locations to speak with and sign clients.
•Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process.
•Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office.
•Develop Leadership Skills and mentor and manage Intake Team.
•Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
•Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
•Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
•Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
•Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved

Qualifications

•Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
•Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
•Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
•High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
•Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
