We are seeking a competitive and numbers-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities Research and qualify new leadsMake outbound calls to potential customersExplain and demonstrate features of products and servicesUnderstand customers' needs and identify sales opportunitiesClose sales and achieve sales targetsCreate and maintain a database of current and potential customersRoute qualified opportunities to appropriate Territory Sales Managers as neededWho YOU are Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion.Comfortable working as part of a team.A good communicator – both verbally and in writing.Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and organized.Requirements High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareStrong verbal and written skillsGood organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent phone and cold calling skillsExceptional customer service skillsWhat We Offer The EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
