We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative with a strong sales focus to help drive revenue growth through lead follow-up, relationship building, and proactive customer engagement. Position Summary: In this sales-driven role, you will be responsible for actively pursuing leads, converting inquiries into sales, and managing customer accounts to maximize satisfaction and repeat business. You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by focusing on sales opportunities, following up on leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on inbound leads to convert prospects into customers. Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities based on potential and interest level. Actively engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and match them with product solutions. Drive revenue by cross-selling and upselling products, services, and solutions to customers. Maintain and update detailed customer records in our CRM, tracking sales activity and communication history. Provide product information, pricing, and proposals, and assist customers through the purchasing process. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead follow-up strategies and improve conversion rates. Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, customer success, or a related role with a strong focus on lead follow-up and sales. Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close sales and achieve targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-value customer experiences. Base Salary plus bonus
