Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Specialist :
· Engage with customers through various channels, focusing on selling multi-products and intricate solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with Sales Professionals and channel partners to meet customer application needs. · Provide expert advice on market trends, customer equipment, and application requirements to the sales team. · Manage sales programs and external relationships, including interactions with high-level executives. · Tackle complex and non-routine problems, particularly in technical or service-related matters . Key Tasks for the Inside Sales Specialist :
· Deliver exceptional customer service by handling phone calls, processing orders, responding to inquiries, and assisting customers and other callers. · Generate and submit quotations while adhering to contractual pricing standards. · Accurately process customer orders through the order entry system, following company protocols. · Determine product availability and recommend compatible supplies and accessories based on customer requirements. · Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and pursue sales opportunities. · Maintain and acquire certifications related to computer and technology products, as well as third-party technical and sales certifications. · Customize computing solutions tailored to customer technical needs. · Ensure a clean and organized department and work environment. · Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT solutions, products, and services, including data center, cloud, communications, hardware, and software technologies (Higher pay rate will be adjusted with knowledge in these areas). · Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients about the value of our solutions and products. Reporting Structure for the Inside Sales Specialist position:
· This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales success. Qualifications for the Inside Sales Specialist :
· Preferred: Related work experience, current enrollment, or a graduate of a 2- or 4-year degree program. · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving abilities. · Essential technical knowledge of computing products. · Proficiency in multitasking. · Exceptional mathematics skills. · Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Compensation for the Inside Sales Specialist : $22 - $24 per hour (DOE) - Temp to Hire.
NON-REMOTE POSITION. Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
