Sila has an existing opportunity in supporting our growing business. The HVAC Install Start-up and Collection Coordinator will learn from and work with the Operations Manager on strategic scheduling of residential HVAC installation start-ups, collections and other duties.
Main Responsibilities: · Schedule HVAC installation start-ups/quality control visit accordingly
· Collect balances if HVAC installation will be completed and operational
· If not ready for collection, set expectation on when payment is due
· Keep track and manage the AR of the HVAC install department
· Process start-up job tickets into Ticket Reviewed status
Other Responsibilities: - To assist with the HVAC Install/Electric Team when needed:
· Process sold new and replacement HVAC system installations on ServiceTitan.
Includes scheduling pre- and post- install walk-throughs.
Includes electrical appointments for install projects as needed.
· Schedule and prioritize new and replacement HVAC system installations.
· Handle HVAC installation rescheduling for maximum profit.
· Oversee the Install and Foreman Department scheduling board and pipeline.
· Re-confirm scheduled HVAC installations day prior.
· Assist in pre- and post- HVAC installation customer concerns and scheduling as needed.
· Assist Assistant General Manager with other duties and ad hoc project as assigned.

· Intermediate to expert level computer skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
