Installation Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Installation Coordinator to join our team.
The candidate will set up schedules, speak with customers, and order equipment.
This role involves working closely with the installation supervisor and supporting the team as the current employee transitions into her new managerial role.
The ideal candidate will have a couple of years of experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Office.
This is a fully on-site role Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage installation schedules.
Ensuring everything is on time

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.


Order and manage equipment necessary for installations.


Handle invoicing and billing for clients

Collaborate with the manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of experience as an office coordinator
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
