The Manager will lead various processes, including training employees in specific skill sets and procedures associated with the Installation of Luxury Vinyl Flooring. The Installation Manager measures and manages workflow daily, monitoring and improving the efficiency of the department.
Job Responsibilities : Set Direction, Train, Coach and Supervise a team of 5-7 Installation Coordinators. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner. Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Analyze Key Performance Indicators and use them to improve efficiency and profitability. Deliver predictable Customer Service outcomes.
