Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installation Quality Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support field quality control audits, assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for installation non-conformances, and help bridge the gap between the field team and the quality team. This position requires frequent travel out of state to various installation sites to ensure compliance with our high standards of installation quality.
Responsibilities Support Quality Control Audits:
Assist in conducting in person and remote quality control audits on installations in accordance with established processes and standards. Help in preparing and maintaining audit schedules to ensure timely completion. Support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:
Aid in identifying root causes of installation non-conformances through detailed analysis. Assist in developing and implementing effective corrective actions to address identified issues. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corrective actions. Bridge the Gap Between Field Team and Quality Team:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the field installation team and the quality control team. Provide support to field teams on quality control issues and best practices. Ensure that feedback from the field is communicated to the quality team for process improvements. Travel to Installation Sites:
Travel to various installation sites to support audits, provide assistance to field teams, and address quality control issues. Ensure that all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or installation processes or equivalent combination of education and work experience in quality control. Experience in supporting quality control audits and root cause analysis. Familiarity with field operations and quality control practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
